1. Delivery Timelines

• Within Lahore:
  Delivery within 25–30 working days.

• Outside Lahore:
  Delivery within 30–35 working days.

• Custom Residential & Commercial Projects:
  Estimated completion and delivery within 1.5 – 2.5 months, depending on project scale and quantity.

• International Orders:
  Delivery timelines are finalized directly with clients based on:

  • Order quantity

  • Volumetric weight

  • Destination country

    2. International Shipping

    We proudly offer worldwide shipping.

    Please Note:

    • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are paid by the recipient.

    • Shipment invoices must legally reflect the actual product value.

    • Invoice values cannot be modified for customs clearance.

    • Clients are advised to consult their local customs authority for applicable charges.

      3. Shipping & Delivery Process

      In-House Delivery

      • The Woodlux provides secure in-house shipping with doorstep delivery.

      • Outside Lahore deliveries include setup/installation upon request (included in delivery charges).

      Delivery Address

      • Clients must provide a complete and accurate address.

      • Incorrect details may result in delays or delivery complications.

      Lahore Deliveries

      • Doorstep delivery only.

      • Furniture setup can be arranged upon prior request at an additional cost.

        Furniture Access Responsibility

        • Clients must ensure furniture fits through:

          • Doors

          • Staircases

          • Elevators

        • Functional cargo lifts are required for building deliveries.

        • Any additional labor requirements must be arranged by the client.

          4. Weather-Related Delays

          Deliveries may be affected by extreme weather conditions such as:

          • Heavy rain

          • Fog

          • Transportation disruptions

          Clients will be notified promptly in case of delays.

          5. Post-Delivery Responsibility

          • All items are inspected and unpacked by our delivery team.

          • Any damage or concern must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.

          • Once delivery is completed and the team departs, The Woodlux is not liable for damages reported later.
